Outfit & Room: An Emerald + Blush Color Story — Blog

Emerald green meets blush pink for a color story that plays a rich jewel tone off of a modern neutral. We love pairing the shades with cream and black to play up the contrast and keep the focus on the stars of our show. The schemes are both tied together with a statement piece, taking the form of an abstract print and a patterned kimono. For our room translated to an outfit, a luxe velvet sofa becomes a floor-skimming emerald gown, while a blush-pink chair in a curvy silhouette translates to a feminine pink lady bag without any added frills. An architectural black lamp grounds the scheme much like the matte black slingbacks with their simple, modern shape. Finally, we picked up the cream of the rug in a pair of delicate gold hoop earrings accented with pearls.
